I’m an ancient man now (week 8)
Yesterday, I turned 20 years. It was another great reminder that my time is slowly but surely running out. Recently, I saw a video talking about why things are expensive for poor people. When a McDonald’s worker sees a Louis Vuitton bag, he doesn’t think it costs $5k. He realizes that it costs him X number of hours of slaving as a cashier at Micky D’s. Meanwhile, an Entrepreneur or a CEO or any other guy with at least a semi-automated stream of income. Looks at the same bag and feels in only costs him 2 hours of work. I need to invest more time and money into my future.
Next level of fitness
I got a Garmin 7X watch as a gift for my birthday from my parents, which I’m truly grateful for. This thing has everything. It is your personal coach, it is your flashlight, it is your debit card, it is your GPS, it is your heart monitor, it is your sleep tracker, it is simply a remarkable device. I’m very excited to use it during my workout tomorrow.
Graduation party
In the next week or so, I will be on a “graduation party” with my class. I’m not very ecstatic about it because my classmates suck. I just wanna graduate already and start working a good ol’ Matrix job, haha. On a serious note, these kinds of things are mainly about drinking alcohol, which I’m not a huge fan of. Yesterday, I vomited because I probably ate something bad, and I don’t understand how my classmates can subject themselves to this voluntarily every Friday.
Intuition and manifestation
Last Friday, I had to buy a birthday gift for someone, and it was a last-minute thing. I knew what to buy, I just didn’t make the time to actually buy it. It was a hair powder or something like that, and the store where I intended on buying it in didn’t have it. Not gonna lie, I got a little anxious because the other store that could have it was way far away. On my way there, I had a strong sense of intuition that a different drugstore, the one that had always been there, could have it. It was like the whole square turned 2D, and the only 3D object was the drugstore. So I listened and went inside. Immediately a saleswoman spawned before my eyes and I asked her if they had the hair powder I needed, and they did…
On Saturday, I went for a walk and thought to myself: “I would like to meet someone today and have that “We haven’t seen each other since… blah blah blah””. So I visualized that interaction in my mind for a brief moment, and the intuition got to work again. I was following a very unusual path that day. I took turns I did not originally mean to, and when I arrived in the city center. I did meet with someone I haven’t seen in some time…
Of course, this served me as another great reminder that I should be utilizing my tools more often.
